Infrared thermography is the science of measuring and mapping surface temperatures. Thermal testing is used to verify that the wall being put on a structure can handle indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity levels. This is an essential step for GSI to ensure that the window unit being installed does not condensate within the design.

We have an in-house static test chamber, allowing us to pretest all our custom projects to ensure it’s of the highest quality prior to full fabrication. This also helps GSI manage any break downs in facades & curtainwalls in our facility in lieu of the field.

In addition to the static test chamber, GSI has very strong relationships with several testing agencies which allow us to provide and meet any testing requirements your project may have.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure. BIM varies between projects, but GSI has been able to respond to any desired level of development and interface with the design/build teams.
