Our work is 100% self-performed with the Local 27 Glaziers.

Andy Hill is a member of the Local 27 Association Committee and recently participated in the union negotiations. Tom Hill, President of Glass Solutions, is a trustee on the Glazier’s Welfare, Pension and Benefits Fund Board.

Our field installers are all trained through the R&D process to allow the highest level of field quality control. Our field foremen & journeymen grow from job to job knowing we have minimal turnover with our field staff.

Our field apprentices range from 1 to 3 years in the local 27 apprenticeship program.
