Glass Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Procurement and Inventory Manager who will be primarily responsible for the purchasing of all raw goods and materials needed on a job-by-job basis. As well as the inventory control and management of all said material.


Includes, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and other supply chain functions necessary for manufacturing functionality
  • Lead the development, planning, and implementation of a sourcing and logistics strategy that delivers the best value for company needs.
  • Build and maintain an inventory control process to ensure accuracy of inventory. Inbound and outbound logistics, inventory location and counts, delivery of inventory to manufacturing, etc.
  • Proactively plan and own outbound logistics for finished goods to job sites.
  • Work with project managers to build and own purchasing plan based on project and manufacturing needs.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to build trust as well as to effectively resolve issues regarding performance, timelines, product quality, delivery, and commitments.
  • Collaborate with vendors on product and pricing trends and forecasts.
  • Maintain and manage appropriate levels of non-project specific material
  • Track price and lead time changes. Communicate with project managers and work to adjust when issues occur.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing and inventory management.
  • Experience with Acumatica a plus.
  • Proven ability to build out these processes from scratch.
  • Excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide recommendations and solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
