Project Description:

The Lakeland Health project is a $160 million medical facility expansion at the Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph Michigan. The project itself consists of a brand-new bed tower, refurbishing the parking structure, main entrance, Emergency Department entrance, as well as renovating the medical and surgical addition. The exterior portion of the project consists of over 500 framing units of unitized curtain wall utilizing Glass Solutions’ UCW 3400 system, with a unique South Atrium incorporating a digital print glass provided by Viracon to represent a tree line overlooking the healing garden. The interior portion includes over 120 ICU/CCU sliding door systems, 3,500 square feet of interior all glass entrances and a plethora of Viracon digital print glass to match the exterior.
